Is there anything we need to purchase before we get started as in certain foods etc before the 1st?

@tabitha-brown great question. No specific diet but we do encourage healthy whole foods. We will have an ebook available later today with some suggestions for preparing including 100+ recipes to choose from.

How can I purchase the ebook? I know it was mentioned that it would be on Amazon to buy?
