I plan to cut out sugar and gluten completely. I feel so much better when I do. I just have to do it and now is the perfect time.

Same here!!! I plan to mostly cut it out though I’m probably not quite as strict at least in the end as it’ll be our wedding!!

Kimberly do you have a gluten free preference for bread? Thank you!

I actually have found a really good gluten free bread. It’s the Trader Joe’s brand. They have all types and they are delicious.

@tabitha-brown i don't use any bread. I was not eating any grains for awhile. I do eat oats now if it's before noon. Otherwise I still don't eat any grains. As well as I'm off high carb veggies like potatoes and carrots ect and there's often potato or corn starch in the gluten free bread.

I have been following the Mayo Clinic Diet. The difference being that it incorporates whole grains instead of refined products. I like it because it has kept me more mindful about what I am eating. I will be attempting to follow the recipes within the 90Whōle Cleanse for the next three months though.

It's amazing how much sugar and gluten affect our bodies. You'll be glad you remove them from your diet!

Kate - yes! It is SO worth it! Gluten free makes a big difference - and I find that now that I’ve eliminated rice as well (and other grains) it’d even more profound! I feel really good…sugar is my hardest crutch (especially chocolate)…
