Nerve Pain and need for weighted blanket

I have suffered from so many years of nerve and back pain due to severe spinal stenosis, peripheral nerve damage,, spondylolisthesis, and arthritis. I use the tools I attached in the images below, in this message to help me. They absolutely are so valuable. My spinal condition in spite of all of these tools still needed surgery. I have had 2 spine surgeries in the past 6 months. Including an extensive laminectomy and fusion to my entire lumbar spine. My most recent surgery was just 9 weeks ago and I am now using these tools to help me recover from the lumbar pain and nerve pain I still suffer with. The weighted blanket would be so valuable. I do not have one. I would cherish a charcoal weighted blanket like Ruth cuddles with daily around the house. Oh my, what a dream that would be.

For my spine and nerve pain I also find this Morphine bomb incredibly helpful. It does not take all of my pain away, but it does help manage some of it and so worth using.

@nancy-gordon I just had MRI, showing arthritis in neck and back. I have a weighted blanket with beads and outer cover that can be washed, I love it. It is beauty rest black, purchased at Costco in the fall.
