Argh! Since fall, I have been experiencing neuropathy issues in my feet - sometimes they are on fire, sometimes they are cold, sometimes they hurt on the bottom of my feet. Is this condition reversible? I have swelling and pain in my right ankle since September. I wear a compression sock, apply various oils (copaiba, wintergreen, aroma touch, birch, deep blue, frankincense - not all at the same time, lol). I haven't seen alot of relief. I know I need to move more, but Nebraska winters can be cold. I work from home, 4 days a week as a programmer, so not getting as many steps in as I would like per day. I am at least 50 pounds over my target weight, so again, movement is key. Any suggestions?

I have put Copiaba and FCO in a there bottle and apply it every morning and at bedtime. If I remember I apply it again. Which tbh isn't often. But I have noticed a significant amount. I've used my wheelchair quite a bit when I'm been out and about. But I've been able to walk more and it doesn't hurt as bad. I've been doing this since I suppose November. I can walk quite a bit without pain but now my lungs are my issue. I had COVID in January of 2021 and again in July of 2022. The first time I was hospitalized for 21 days. I am a walking miracle. I gained 175lbs, lost my lung capacity and muscle. So it's been tough. I found DōTerra in July last year and so grateful. It's truly been a blessing!
