On Guard Capsules

I ran across comments not to use On Guard Caps on a daily basis.

I make my own capsules with my favorite oils that I take daily, and I include on guard blend (not taking caps daily).

If caps are not to be taken daily - curious why?

Well I sure do take the onguard softgels daily and if I'm exposed to an illness I will take more.

I'm pretty sure you can take it as a maintenance product.

The concern may be that you will be come inmunned to it.

However ongaurd is a immune balancer.
It keeps your immune at a safe level. And it is good for auto immune
