Question for today’s Doc Talk, please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I am so sorry, I have a last minute question for today. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 After 3 major surgeries this year I have had trouble clearing my system and have been taking Zendocrine detox complex and DDR Prime daily (at night before bed) and once a week changing the Zendocrine complex for GX Assist. This seems to help a bit. I ordered by mistake this month the Zendocrine detox softgels. Now I do not have any of the Complex. Can I also take the softgels in place of the Complex, DAILY, or would they act completely different? Should I quickly buy the Complex and continue using those instead of the softgels? These two Zendocrine products confuse me a bit as to how to use them. Without this protocol I can not "go" in the morning and am very constipated. Thank you 🙏🏻
