Why haven’t I thought about using this when I can’t sleep 🫤

When I wake up in the middle of the night, this stick is with in arm's reach on my headboard. Love the stick!!! My husband isn't into doterra unless he is having an immediate issue. When he can't sleep, I rub this on him!

This is an amazing product! I sometimes forget I have it, so I totally understand.

You should try layering the frankincense stick with the serenity stick. It’s pretty amazing.

Yes!!! The deep blue stick with the frankincense stick is awesome. It works so much better than it on its own

I love this stick!!! It is by my bed table and I use the 3 step system every night.

@debbe-noe I have been using it prior to sleep but I need to wait until after my evening Miracle Minute ;)

I put this on every day just before going to bed and I’m out within 5-10 minutes and rarely wake up before my alarm. Love this product ❤️
