When I go traveling I like to put drops of serenity under my pillow case on all sides of the pillow. It lasts for a long time!

I take 2to3 Adaptive

I find it also pleasant to have fresh flowers on my night stand. 🥰

I have always had trouble getting to sleep with my schedule. Serenity stick + Valerian was suggested. I put this on every day just before going to bed and I’m asleep within 5-10 minutes and well rested when I wake up.

Peace oil rolled on my wrists has been my go to when I can't relax enough to sleep. I've been on prescription sleep medication for years due to the aftermath of trauma. Occasionally I could go off but whenever extra stress arose I had to use it again. I had been on a mega dose initially but was on a very small dose for the last years. Just over a month ago I forgot to take it one night and realized my night was no different. I haven't taken it since👏! Peace oil is my go to when I need something.

I diffuse every night. Some nights serenity or Shinrin yoko, sometimes I do a blend. On nights where I struggle and wake up o keep cedar wood by my bed and put it on my big toes.

I do not have a sleep routine at all but really need to start incorporating one. It’s hard when I work nights and get home at different times.

I am always working at improving my sleeping habits. I have all of the "bad habits" down pat…. but I don't really have a healthy routine, even though I am trying to incorporate the Miracle Morning (and Evening) to help guide me

I have set a goal to be in bed by 10 PM. I start getting ready at about 9:15. I have an alarm set off at 9:30 to make sure I get ready in time.

I love listening to binural beats as I settle down before bed and as I fall asleep. It helps to calm my busy mind and settle my nervous system. There are tons of free tracks available on YouTube. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

And of course I use the Serenity sleep system. I layer the velarian stick with the Frankinsence stick. It's wonderful!

This sleep mask looks like the King of Sleep Masks. I would feel like a Queen!!!! I love the Yarrow Pom eye masks. They are not to sleep in though. My routine is: Deep Blue Polyphenol, Serenity and Copaiba before bed. Diffuse, Serenity, Cedarwood and Patchouli. I then use the Serenity Stick on the bottom of my feet. I sleep like a baby!!! My husband does snore so I also play ocean sounds on Alexa.

I love using the serenity stick on my wrists and use my finger to swipe some under my nose. If I have any troubles falling asleep, I just lift up my wrist to my face and take some deep breaths. It has helped me tremendously. The serenity capsules are amazing too 😍
I finally got the Dawn Humidifier last month and love it! It has improved my sleep, but mostly it has improved how I feel when I wake up!

I put Serenity, Balance, Breath, Adaptiv in my Pilot Diffuser, at my bedside.
I use Breathe roller under my nose to make sure my airways are open. I then roll the Serenity Stick on pulse points of wrists, arms, toes, spine of feet, and neck. I also have a roller I make up with he same oils that are in my diffuser. I also take 2 Serenity softgels, 2 Copaiba and Adaptiv softgels just before getting in to bed. When I wake up after midnight I take another Adaptiv softgels. I live a ketogenic lifestyle so no sugar, flour, processed foods, good quality protein, Animal protein.

I have never tried a sleep mask that I could tolerate wearing that did not actually keep me awake due to discomfort. Emily’s weighted sleep mask sounds amazing. I would so love to try it.
