This is nice to help with hurt shoulders or back. My husband uses deep blue and I rub it

This would be wonderful for my tense neck and shoulder muscles since I live too far away from my favorite massage therapist, @jackie-donati

I use deep blue rub for my shoulders, neck, back, legs, sciatic nerve injuries. I also use turmeric, frankincense, copaiba, & oregano oils to help with pain & inflammation. I’ve made it through a broken shoulder in 3 places down to my elbow & now another fluke accident without injections, or pain medication. I’ve been told I’ll be crippled, but am determined to move and get through this. I’m getting there slow but sure. Thanks Ruth & Andrew!👍

Is this red light therapy?

When I started with planter fasciitis from volleyball. I would apply oils like Marjorie, lemongrass, dip blue, Aromatouch, copiaba. Then use red light along with good stretching. This combo has it better in a month or 2.

When I have tension in my neck, I use a heated herbal neck wrap (that I make and sell). If the tension is from inflammation I’ll rub deep blue on it or put a chilled neck wrap on. 👌🏻

I like to layer the frankincense stick first then the deep blue stick on top wherever I have discomfort. It works great

Deep blue with pink pepper. Sometimes add birch to the area is typically what I use for pain.

I also get dry needling at physical therapy which helps immensely. I always couple my oils & deep blue to enhance this process. I’ve never heard of this give away before. I’m wondering if it’s a kind of red light therapy?

OH this is something I need - I am sure this would help relieve pain in my legs - Deep blue helps a lot but this would be an added measure of therapy.

I use deep blue stick along with frankincense stick, layered to help with arthritis pain. Works wonders.

For annoying pain, I use Deep Blue in a form to match the source. For deep/strong pain I use the BOMB and Deep Blue in a form to address the source.
BOMB:
100 drops of each in a 1 ml dropper bottle (easier to dispense into the veggie cap)
Copaiba
Frankincense
Turmeric
Black Pepper
Marjoram
Oregano

Hello! I am new to this group and I wanted to introduce myself! My name is Kim, I'm 61 years old (in two days) and I love working with essential oils. I am currently re-launching my biz and couldn't be more excited to be here. Does anyone have any remedies to help pass a kidney stone faster and maybe without as much pain? Thank you!

So many great tips, but one of my favorites is the muscle blend I make for my daughter, who’s a college athlete. In a 10ml roller, I add 3-5 drops each of birch, frankincense, copaiba, Deep Blue, and lemongrass, then fill it with coconut oil. She also layers the Deep Blue and frankincense sticks for extra support.
I would be absolutely delighted to be the lucky winner of this fabulous massage gun to gift to her!

It often depends on what kind of pain I am dealing with, on what I use. I will mention a couple options I like to use.
Muscle pain: Topically - Marjoram with Lemongrass on top, adding AromaTouch and/or Siberian Fir. Supplements - Recharge, Turmeric Dual Capsule, Deep Blue Polyphenols
Broken Bones: Topically - Deep Blue oil or rub with Blue Tansy, Siberian Fir, Birch or Wintergreen & Helichrysum. Supplements - TerraZyme, Deep Blue Polyphenols, Copaiba Softgels. I start Turmeric Dual Capsules a week to 10 days into the healing process.
Emotional Pain: Console or Forgive along with oils that I find peaceful to me during that time. DigestZen oil on my abdomen. Supplements - OnGuard+, Serenity softgels, and Turmeric Dual Capsules. Along with lots of prayer and trust in God to help my heart ♥️.

2 Turmeric capsules, 2 Deep Blue capsules, 2 copaiba softgels, and 1 Frankincense capsule twice a day to manage pain. More often if needed. Deep Blue stick and frankincense stick often! And whatever oils seem to be the most helpful at the moment! I'm going to have to try the BOMB! I've also found d DDR Prime to be helpful with my joints and muscles.

Since I started taking the foundational wellness supplements, I have noticed a remarkable improvement in my pain. In addition I routinely take turmeric and Copaiba supplements to help decrease inflammation. I use Deep Blue stick when I have discomfort and I am going to start the deep blue supplements.
