Something I have just recently learned about is using essential oils on the webs of your hands. Applying it to the webs of your hands is beneficial because this area has a high concentration of nerve endings, allowing for quick absorption which makes it very effective. It’s also a very convenient place to apply the oils.

@kelli-wood what a fabulous idea. Where did you find that? I may have to have my son make me one out of wood. He has a little wood working business.

Good to know about adding Essential oils to the webs of your hands, I am going to try that for sure. Great ideas on ways to display oils. My oils have outgrown the wooden box that I have them in as well.

Copiaba💯, or frankincense and or guiacwood for inflamation and pain, Spanish sage for allergies are some suggestions for rubbing over your sinuses.

No graphic, but guiacwood, balance and wild orange together is amazing!!
I use it on the bottom of the feet for stress/anxiety.

I love to mix my favorite oils (Frankincense, Copaiba, Passion, and Green Mandarin) in unscented lotion for daily use. I then use it all over my body in my daily routine. As well I use the floral oils, Rose, Magnolia, Neroli, and Jasmine on my upper arms… smells great and gives me peaceful, grounded feelings. I reserve my feet for Balance and which ever other oil I feel I am in need of.
I keep my daily oils on the counter top but it would be great to have something like this on my bathroom counter to keep my everyday oils in

I tried using Essential oils on the webs of my hands last night - I used Lavender and slept very good. Thanks for the idea.
