I find that starting my day in the Word by doing daily devotionals and reading the Bible helps me to feel watched over and comforted, putting my heart, mind, and soul at peace.

When I am feeling stressed or anxious about something I love to use my Adaptiv
Roller and grounding meditation.
When I’m sad or blue I love to bundle up with a cozy blanket. I’ve contemplated a weighted blanket but I’ve been hesitant to try.
This chunky blanket looks awesome.

I pray and ask God for strength and calmness. I take intentional breaths to calm my nerves.

It helps if I take mito max and adaptive together.

Taking a walk outdoors, in the office turn on my salt lamp, play Enya music and diffuse Shinrin-Yoku. doTERRA offers so many options.

I take a deep breath and go for a walk or drive inthe winter that clears my head then I can return to the stressfull stuff and stay calm. If I cant leave 10 deep breaths calm me too. At home I use what ever calming oil pops into my thoughts.

My favorite diffuser blend for stress is adaptiv and wild orange. I also find the miracle morning to be powerful in reducing stress and improved mood.

A friend taught me many years ago - if you are feeling down, discouraged or stressed, look for some one you can do something nice for and serve them- it is a great way to overcome stress and discouragement.

When I'm stressed, I remind myself to remember that I can only change those things in my control, and I give the rest to God. I'm reminded of whose I am and not what I am.

So many good stress relievers mentioned! Deep breathing, meditation, prayer. My favorite oil when stressed out is Adaptiv. Usually roll it on my wrists. Sometimes on my neck and around my ears. Another stress reliever is to find the trigger points to relax you. There are two spots that I've found helpful and should utilize more often! On the chest, right about at the top of the breasts, just off center on either side. When I'm super stressed, those spots are extremely tender. Lying on your back, press those spots while breathing deeply. I'm sure there's someone here that can explain it all better!

My best stress relievers: prayer, deep breathing and as my mom always said, "Count to 10 before you say anything."
Attitude of gratitude and knowing that "it is as it should be" is a great calmer.
I also love Adaptiv!!!
