My go to healthy drink is actually for my mental health. It’s calm Buddha blend tea. It is caffeine free and has Organic Chamomile Flower, Organic Lavender Flower, Organic Passion Flower, Organic Skullcap Herb, Organic Spearmint Leaf, Organic St. John's Wort Herb, Organic Cinnamon Bark. I like to add a teaspoon of honey to it as well.

My go to drink in the morning is mushroom coffee. This particular one is one of my favorites, consisting of Lion's Mane & Chaga.

After dinner (noon) I add a drop of peppermint oil to 1/2 cup warm/hot water sit in recliner, look at phone for 10, and set my timer for 13-15 minutes and nap. Usually get up ready to go.

don't have a favorite but this kettle would make some easy hot water for some hot chocolate or spiced tea.
That sounds good good now as it is very cold and windy at my house. I use a saucepan for boiling water.

I am getting some new ideas here for some different warm drinks, some I have never heard of before that sound interesting. Thanks for sharing. I enjoy caffeine free Herbal teas - one favorite of mine is an orange cinnamon.

At night, when I want a treat, I will make a cup of hot herbal tea! I often use an organic elderberry or chamomile tea and add a drop of LemonEO or Bergamot EO To the tea bag! Yum

I have an electric Kettle, I love mine too. I love hot tea, so a must have! I even donated one to my church, so the hot water to make tea at church isn't ran thru coffee maker (not a coffee fan myself, so coffee flavored hot tea is out for me, lol)

I have gone through several over the last 20 or so years. I use it for everything from teas to blanching veggies to heating jar lids for canning. So much faster than the kettle on the stove. In winter I like to pour boiling water over cloves, whole alspice, fresh ground nutmeg, and a bit of cinnamon stick; adding a drop of the corresponnding oils. I'd use a diffuser, but the current cat does not like it, (as in wacks my leg and runs into the other room, lol). My current favorite bevvie is soursop and bay leaves with a drop of bergamot oil.

I absolutely love putting recharge in my watch. But my very favorite is my Hawaii looseleaf tea with local honey and a drop of vanilla Madagascar oil. This electric pot would be awesome to have.
