We are so excited to be on the 90Whōle Community Cleanse Experience journey with you! We can't wait to begin tomorrow, January 1st.

Here are a few things you will want to do to prepare for this amazing journey together.

  1. Download the Journal here: https://evolvewellnesscollective.heightsplatform.com/courses/90whole-community-cleanse-experience/lessons/let-s-get-started
    You will want to print or digitally save the tracking sheet for phase one, the journal sheet for phase one and the beginning self assessment. We will have the link to have Amazon print and send a physical copy to you in just a couple of days. We are just waiting for Amazon to get the link ready for us.

  2. Gather your community of support. We do best when we do together. This could be your accountability partner, friend, family, your doTERRA community and be sure to connect to the 90Whōle Community. bit.ly/90wholecommunity
  3. Gather your tools
  4. Set your intentions
  5. If you would like to receive daily text reminders during the challenge be sure to text 90whole to 605-432-8639. 

We will be live today to walk through the journal and share some important updates!

With the intermittent fasting. When do u take the morning dose of suppliments? I don't like to take so many on an empty stomach.

Are we allowed to keep using targeted supplements?

Such as frankincense capsules, metapwr system and recharge. Aswell as bone nutrient and phytoestrgen during the challenge or should they be stpped to see if they are needed.?

I started 12 hour intermittent fasting last night. I basically quit eating at 8pm and then resume at 8am. It's pretty easy since I am sleeping most of the time. I am going to eventually try to increase my time to 16 hours. I tried in the past, but found that I get to be a pretty hangry person. I am not sure if this right, but I still stay hydrated with water. Dr Gough stated in Zoom yesterday that we can still take supplements.
