I know this would be a great question for Doc Talk but I really want to ask Dr Andrew and Dr Ruth about this.
I have a question about the flu vaccine? I haven’t had one in several years but now my employer is pressuring me to take one. I wonder about what your thoughts are about this. On one hand I really don’t want to take it, but on the other I feel that I am at higher risk now that I’m older.
If I do take it, what are some supportive measures I can use to ward off potential side effects? Thanks!

Great question. I haven't gotten a flu shot for years because all the other stuff they add to it, or at least they use too.

I've never gotten one. I haven't had a cold or flu since at least 2011.
