For any of my goals, I need to be specific with a plan. Instead of "I'm going to start working out more", I need to plan the days I'm going to the gym and what time.
I'm learning to be specific in all areas of my life so my intentions are clear and I can work on manifesting exactly what I need or want.

Whatever life throws at us, our individual responses will be all the stronger for working together and sharing the load. It's worth remembering that it is often the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring about the most lasting change. When life seems hard, the courageous do not lie down and accept defeat; instead, they are all the more determined to struggle for a better future.

This week I really want to focus on my water intake. I want to drink at least 90 Oz a day. I get started and do great for a week. I feel so much better when I get hydrated. It's so healthy for your body too. I do carry a water bottle with me every where. But somehow it just doesn't empty itself. I love putting essential oils in it but I need to find a metal straw.

Daniel I Love your comments.
This challenge is helping me tremendously stay on tract.
Love that we are on day 15th and I am getting in the groove of creating my daily habits. I am good with my supplements, now in the habit of putting Balance on the bottoms of my feet and spine both in the am and pm.
Procrastination and follow up is what I am working on this week.
My larger tasks of completing my paper work and filing it on a daily basis is one ☝️ of my goals this week.
Another is follow up with new people and or customers on a daily basis.
The one which is my number 1 priority is to start my day being present and centered.
Taking in a deep breath going inward feeling and knowing the Greatness within me.
Being Happy and Grateful in this now that I can share my Light and Love by just Being still in this moment.
Thank you to everyone who is a part of our community and those who will be joining us.

Thank you for this. The goal of being specific with intentions resonates with me. With intention actions become more present instead of reacting to events. I like the idea of being a participant in choices instead of following the path of least impediments.

Committing to being healthy is not a punishment, it is a BLESSING!

I was away for the weekend and still remembered my Balance and metaPWR :D! Keeping the routine at home is easy, not as easy when we are away so I am really proud of myself.

For water, I have a sticky note that I tally to make sure I stay on track. Works well through the week when working; but not so well when not working.

Supplements and Balance have been easy. Still working on surrendering my emotions so I can fully accept all His love and blessings so I can share those with others. I become reactive when I run on emotions. Focusing on gratitude and using oils to help my mood (shinrin yoku, balance, adaptiv and wild orange are some favs) are really helping me.

Be kind to your self. It’s ok to miss something as long as you get back on track.

I will say that I have not missed a day or night of putting balance on my feet. It just feels so good. I actually feel well balanced. I am going to keep doing that everyday. That has become routine for me now.

That’s a good word “surrender”. Thank you for that ☝🏻♥️

I liked the word - persistence today and the reminder to stick with things until they stick on us.

And I loved the question today as well - asking us what weekly focus will bless us if done with persistence ♥️ I told someone about this question today I liked it so much 😌

1 plan to post sticky notes around my house- bedroom by balance, bathroom, on dining table by LLV, kitchen cupboard by MetaPWR, living room by library book, dash board of car reminding me to drink more water and walk.
I have been consistent w/ taking my supplements, balance & meditation this past week. These habits are starting to stick. Need to be more persistent & less procrastinate about getting lessons/ community completed.
The quote : "Stick to your task 'til it sticks to you…." starting to make more sense.I am experiencing more victories, but it hasn't all been easy. Some of my friends this week commented on how I looked- more toned, less weight , more smiles. I explained I was in a health challenge for excellence- this is result after two weeks.
I need to be reminded when things are hectic to stop, take a minute to relax, take a few breaths and calm myself before I continue.

I am excited to see how you use the vitamin everyday. I feel LLV gives me lots of energy.

Heather, I keep coming back to your statement. Thank you for that reminder. I fall into the trap of seeing health and healing as good or bad. That ailments when overwhelming are a penance when judge by societal norms. But following the path to wellness takes a commitment that allows us to see the blessing of another day on the path.

What is working for me is the accountability. The challenges give me motivation, and the trackers help with my self-accountability (something I always have trouble with). I will most likely continue on with tracking once this challenge is over.

Thank you Boris. That word 'persevere' struck me today. Just what I needed to hear.
I heard it as encouragement without judgement. I appreciate the motivation.

This challenge was something I needed. For some reason, I've been very unmotivated this month to do any of the normal things I'm ready to do in January! Glad to have this to keep me focused on something positive every day. Thank you!
