Those recipes sound and look so delicious🙈😋

My happy place is the kitchen, I love creating new recipes with my doTERRA oil….especially beverages…and one of my favorites is a London Fog that I created from scratch accidentally, but has fast become a favorite in my family🥰

London Fog Recipe

On a "Black Tea" teabag place a drop of Bergamot and a drop of Lavender Essential Oil. Place in a mug and pour boiling water over it. Steep for about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the teabag and stir in a toothpick swirl of Madagascar Vanilla and a tablespoon of raw local honey (to your desired sweetness) To finish top it off with steamed, frothed milk of your choice. ENJOY

Note: You can use Caffeinated or Decaffeinated Tea to make this recipe, Earl Grey or Black Tea works just fine😋

@Daniel - London Fog sounds amazing!
I haven't used my oils much for cooking, but do like to use to give a flavor punch occasionally. I love a drop of peppermint in my hot chocolate.

I made the gut shot and yowzers! It's spicey! I'll shoot the healthiness down but not sure my hubby or sister will! Lol I'm thinking adding more water to their shots? Any other suggestions?

Also in the directions you mentioned straining, but you didn't strain on the video so I'm guessing straining would be an optional step?

I did not know that DoTerra sold a protein powder. I have added it to my list.

This is one of my favorite lessons so far. I loved learning different ways to use my essential oils in the kitchen.

Me too! I love the peppermint in cocoa! I also added Siberian Fir 🌲 it’s very different.

@daniel

Does it need to be on the tea bag or can it go straight into the cup after you add the water?

Thank you for sharing . It sounds good.

I LOVE earl grey and London fogs 😋

All the recipes sound delicious, but I don’t have a blender (hoping I win the Vitamix 🤞🏻), so the only thing I can make is the bread. It will have to wait until after the challenge though, as the personal weekly habit I chose for week 3 is to eat less starch/carbs 😬.

My favorite thing to do with my oils in the kitchen is add them to my coffee. Lavender, and Cardamom are the ones I use most, but I’ve also tried mints and citrus oils (all delicious). Just 1-2 drops into my coffee with a teensy bit of coconut sugar and milk. It’s so good!

Daniel- Thanks for the London Fog recipe, it is now one of my favorite tea blends

I make a Greek oregano tea and add a drop of oregano and thyme oils to perk it up a bit.

Also, adding a drop of ginger and/or lemongrass to dried lemongrass tea is lovely to me.

What flour do you use for the bread if want it to be gluten free?

I do make almond milk using the almond cow for my little granddaughter who has many food allergies. I think she will like this recipe so hope to try this weekend for her.
