I replenish by taking a nap during the day.

Self Care: aromatherapy showers (eucalyptus shower steamers), baths (bath bombs, candles, epsom salts, essential oils, fragrance oils and body scrubs), and facials (at home treatments and a professional facial once a month).

Self-care are by taking my daily routine of doing copbia, frankencense, under the tongue and by drinking a sip of water with tumeric, lemon, and pink pepper. It has helped tremendously with my knee pain.
I also started working an over-night shift so may not always get my comments in on a timely manner.

I’m so proud of you for committing to self-care, especially with a night shift Jolene! I believe in you and we be pleased to see you on here at the times that are most convenient for you with your new schedule! ♥️ stick to it and rest assured that we are cheering you on!

I have to make sure I spend time in prayer and reading the Bible. It truly grounds me.

Spending an hour every morning before any one else is awake with something warm to drink.

Self-care also means filling 5 weeks of vitamin containers so I don’t miss a day. It helps clear my mind of that job and also helps me know what I am going to run out of so I can order it and get it in time for next month.

Oooooo love this topic!
I use to flood my energy on others, but have learned I must take care of MINDY first!

I love pulling up Christian upbeat music on YouTube and playing it on my TV. I Dance and sing praises to the Lord. It's such a great refreshing time.

My favorite self care is that my husband learned the aromatouch technique. I get to relax on the table and enjoy the benefits. Phones are off and it is our time to connect.

Wow - fun day Friday!
Someone a couple of months ago told me that I need more fun/joy in my life (I do a lot of serious work like things). There was something about this mornings video that really resonated on this topic. It was like the comment planted the seed and the words from the video grew it right into a big tree 🌳. Time to change! Powerful. Time to make joy and fun a priority.

Today is me time and I receive my monthly Traditional Thailand Massage. Though I receive nearly as much when I give a Thai massage, this morning I am looking forward to being the recipient.
I am also trying to establish a habit of an evening epsom salt foot bath with a different essential oil each day. Friday is Shinrin-yoku day!

The self care practice that has made the biggest difference for me is exercise and meditation. I do one of those almost everyday to make sure that I am my best self. It helps me to regulate my emotional reactions and alleviates my anxiety.
I'm feeling good about Day 5, even though it is quite early in the day, I'm well on my way to completing today's checklist and feeling great :).

I feel I do plenty of self care but I have a relax sauna that I don't spend enough time in. My plan is to stack it to my morning audio bible time.

It is a great idea to attach your self care to a habit.

I read for at least an hour every day. 30 minutes in the morning while I drink my coffee, and another 30 minutes before I head upstairs to bed.

Wow - today I almost got pulled off from the self care from things going on in the day - but I came right back to it :)
I think this challenge was a helpful reminder to go right back to it! ♥️
I’m so glad I did 🎉🎉🎉🎊🎊🎊
