Your insight resonates deeply. The journey within often unveils the strength, wisdom, and potential we seek externally. Recognizing and harnessing our innate qualities is the key to unlocking our most authentic selves. It is a powerful reminder to trust the richness within. Thank you for the wisdom and inspirational post that allowed such reflection.

I remembered that I have been through so much in my life, and I stayed strong and am still strong. I am still able to smile and and find joy in my life. It didn't break me.

I have an evaluation tomorrow that I have been a little anxious about. Thanks for reminding me of all I have already done and that I am prepared. Trying to know enjoy the day and rest without anxiety. Enjoying my comfy spot with my kitty snuggling right now.

Thank you Ruth for today's lesson. The book you read to us brought tears to my eyes. "You already are" such a powerful statement and one that we so easily forget. Love this so so much!❤️❤️❤️

One thing I have to keep telling myself each day is … Each day is a new beginning, we know that the only way to live our life is to try to do what is right, to take the long view, to give of ourselves the best in all that the day brings, and to put our trust in God.
"It's worth remembering that it is often the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring about the most lasting change"
I remember going through many obstacles in life..but I am so thankful for my family and friend who have helped me along the way…and honestly many of those obstacles have shaped me into the person I am today.

I've done so much work to heal in the last two years after burnout from my job and losing my mom that I am feeling grateful that so much of what was read is already a mantra for me. It's good to know that I am in a good place emotionally and that all of the work has paid off.

I know I said yesterday was my favorite day of the challenge, but I’ve changed my mind. Today is my favorite. It’s so easy to focus on our inadequacies and all the ways we need to improve, but rarely do we take the time to embrace all that we are. I needed this reminder. Thank you! 💚

I am enjoying how participants are so willing to share a part of themselves here. The willingness to support and inspire others is greatly appreciated.
Words are not coming to me today. Laurie so eloquently stated, "Recognizing and harnessing our innate qualities is the key to unlocking our most authentic selves." This rings so true for me. Acknowledging myself is not something I often focus on. I appreciate the challenge to look to our own selves for what we need and embrace that self with joy.
Today's lesson is uncomfortable for me, but well worth the time.

A very huge shout out to Ruth. Listening to her just brings a calmness and peace to my soul and just helps me to verbalize the doubt that I have about myself and allows me to disregard and focus on the positive. Thank you for being such a genuine and generous human.

Ruth, thank you for your beautiful, inspiring lessons. You have such a comforting, peaceful energy & you've made this challenge so much more than I ever imagined it would be. It's been amazing!
Thank you for reminding us all today, that we already have everything inside of us, that we need!

Much thanks, Ruth! So often we look externally for others to fill our needs or busy ourselves in efforts to change situations, but so often we only need to look within ourself (our God-given talents, strengths and even weaknesses) and simply tell Him our needs. He sustains us and wants only good for us. This book was comforting and brought me a greater sense of hope and peace.

This one is forcing me to - sit and reflect in a way that would be hard for me to do if I wasn’t doing it with a group in a challenge. I don’t know what I remember yet - I do believe it will come to me.
I’m grateful…it’s challenging me to be “still” and reflect in this manner because I feel it will be easier to do again now moving forward ♥️

Also - I agree with JerrieLee…
It’s great how people on here have opened and shared part of themselves here and even been vulnerable 🎁
It helps us grow 🌳

This is such a gift! Thank you, Ruth! 🙏🏻 And, thank you to all those sharing as well. It warms my heart every day to be part of such a generous community.
That story is powerful! And, oh, we all need reminded of this often. I believe when we started this challenge you said that we already had everything we needed to find success. This just backs that up so beautifully.

Wow, Ruth that was powerful! thank you. I have never taken the time to focus on me. Having 6 kids and homeschooling them there wasn't any time left for me. Now they are grown and I can fine ME! My trust is in God and He is showing me "ME" in a new way everyday! This has been an awesome week. Thanks for caring for all of us this month.

Before the day started I took time for myself. by doing some exercises. Once done I decided to clean up a section in the kitchen that’s a catch all for all of us. Later I was able to reach out to a friend who has been having a tough time and we spend time together just catching up and enjoying each other company.
