I was able to get all of my supplements in; I was only taking LLV once daily prior to last week. I’ve done that before and I know when I take it twice a day I feel so much better and have more energy, but for some reason I fell back into the once daily pattern.
So glad to have this group for accountability. Love all the encouragement and education.

Wins in week one:
-I joined
-I learned SO much valuable knowledge from the exercises and lessons
-I learned from others in the comments
-I started collagen two weeks before the challenge and it was hard - I like to attach it to the am habit (learned that here) it makes it easier.
-I’m learning without being bombarded with advertisements like on YouTube. This actually really impacted me…I’m focusing well like this. No distractions and interruptions because someone is trying to manipulate me to buy something. It’s more peaceful learning like this. It’s like my mind is calm instead of getting distracted and having to wait 10 seconds for some loud ad to end so I can skip it several times to learn a few things. Just good solid learning. I didn’t know how much I would appreciate this from this group. I knew I didn’t like all the ads before - but this made me realize that there are ways to learn without all of that still, how much I needed it…And I don’t think I’ll really be going back to that as much. This has changed me because I’ve experienced better now ♥️
Challenges
Need to get to a printer
I think I want to be more scheduled with this challenge- like attach different parts to habits during the day :)

It is really easy for me to isolate myself. I recognize when I do this, my depression and anxiety intensify. Although it is difficult for me, when I open myself to interactions with others, I am happier. Even more so when I try to be of service to others.

Week 1 was a gift to me! I loved coming here daily to fill my cup. And, having some accountability to take my supplements that I know impact me in a powerful way. I love filling in those little bubbles on the tracker. 🥰
Seeing the support in the comments makes me want to try to be more open and willing to share because I see how much it’s meant to me. Community and honest sharing is powerful.

doTERRA is much more than just an essential oil company. It's a brand and a company that cares. It brings people together, uplifts hearts, shows compassion and helps out wherever they can..it's a company that helps other and is there for others.
"The meaning of life comes not from what others do for us, but what we can do for others" ..this quote is the epitome of doTERRA and this ongoing challenge. ❤🥰

I have a strong family support system. My family uses Doterra right beside me which I think is super helpful. I’ve been taking all of the supplements in this challenge so no concerns there. My biggest challenge is with maintaining exercise and setting boundaries. One way I’ve worked to overcome is sharing my 2024 objectives with my colleagues so they know that I plan to focus on work/life balance

This community and challenge is my only support. My family does not believe in essential oils or doterra. This has put a strain on my daughter and I. My doterra team's idea of support and encouragement is give me reference to read, then figure out on my own. They have gotten away from meeting in person, classes, or phone support. Their goal is all social media only and be sure you're spending this amount ofdollars each month. I have macular, several concussions and only my phone to communicate. It is hard for me to find their stuff.
I appreciate this challenge as personalized education and content has been terrific. Reaching out to community has inspired me to keep going with Doterra.
Iam following my daily routine of drinking Advantage, LLV, Restore biome, balance. I feel better. My inflammation is improving as well as sleep habits. People are starting to notice a change in my appearance- hair, weight, toning. Thank you so much for being here for me. I now have strength to continue on my journey to form better health habits and continue improving on established ones.

I thrive on accountability. Without it, it’s easy for me to fall back to the same old unhealthy routines. Week 1 was pretty good. LLV is unaffordable at the moment, so in my hand-written tracker (no printer), I wrote in the other vitamins/supplements I am currently taking so I can check them off the list as well. I struggled a bit with my week 1 personal habit of drinking more water, but I plan to keep at it this week, and hopefully be able to check it off in my tracker every day.

To me, having a supportive, uplifting community means having a safe space where I can show up authentically. It's where I feel supported and understood, allowing me to discuss my thoughts and feelings openly. This community is a pillar of strength during triumphs and challenges, fostering an environment of genuine care and empathy.
Seeking and giving powerful support involves a deep connection with my highest power, GOD. Through prayer and spiritual practices, I find guidance and strength. I prioritize letting go of things that bring me down or are toxic, ensuring I don't hold onto negativity. Staying present at the moment is crucial, and I use grounding techniques and blends to maintain a sense of balance. I will happily share a video with you that illustrates these practices. I love using a grounding lend (Shinrin-Yoku is my new favorite) and tapping, but you can do this anytime, anywhere without tapping or oils. You can do this silently or say it out loud. https://tr.ee/Hooponopono
During week one of the challenge, my wins were significant despite starting on day six due to a late discovery of the challenge. I celebrate the completion of week one, demonstrating resilience and commitment. It's a testament to my dedication to my well-being, even in the face of unexpected challenges. I look forward to continuing this journey with the support of our community.

This group is a perfect example of a supporting and uplifting community! It feels amazing to go through and read all of the thoughtful comments, engage in the thoughtful lessons and to be a part of something much bigger than your average challenge!
Powerful support includes being truly present. Absorbing and understanding what the other person is doing/needing/going through, so that in return you can engage thoughtfully, by asking specific questions, remembering certain details, etc.
The biggest wins for me in week one, were getting to be a part of this group & sticking to healthier habits by purposefully getting these amazing products in each day.
I struggled with remembering to take my LLV in the evenings.. I think I only got them in 3 of the 7 days. This weeks goal is to get them in every night. I would love to hear from others, when they take theirs and build it into a habit.

As a teacher, I see this so often. We need a supportive social community. So many do not have it. I hope to be one to uplift others-especially little ones.

Happy we are all doing our best each day to be our best self and show up for one another. I've been consistent with supplements for years, but working back into adding physical activity (outside of my work day). It's a slow process after letting myself go 3 years ago after our last miscarriage, but feeling better and health (BP & mood) are improving! Faith and a good support system are key!

Has it been a week already?!?
I am enjoying how people are supporting one another yet reflect individual processes. I was not sure what to expect when joining this challenge, but thought any healthy habit would be a good one to establish.
Being a bit of a happy recluse, this form of community is less intimidating that sitting in a group face-to-face. If I am being honest, today's assignment is a little scary, as is claiming a place as part of community. It is good to step out of the comfort zone. One step, then the next, right?

This group alone has been very supportive and encouraging. I get excited to see what you have to say everyday. I have a close friend who is struggling with his lungs since he had COVID in April 2020. I am trying to encourage him that he can have a mindset that it doesn't have to get worse every year even though the Dr tells him so.

I was finally able to increase how much LLV I take. I was only taking one of each every and from listening to Dr G way to increase I us to two of each LLV now. It took all week for my system to adjust to the increase but it worked. This week I’m going to try taking three of each but I have really bad acid reflux so we will see. I like all the good information. I can’t wait for the next Doc Talk.

Having a supportive, uplifting community is so important to me. I have set numerous goals for myself during this challenge. Because I have shared my goals with our community, I am more likely to complete my goals, as I do not want to let myself down or others.

My wins this week are I stayed on my no sugar goal and my struggle is getting all the supplements in. I am not a fan of pills. If I can drink it I do better so I love the collagen and the oils the capsules are my struggle.

My win for week one was in consistency of using MetaPWR and balance as well as completing my first week of dry January. I think that the weekly checklist helped me stay on track. I also kept this window open on my computer so I would get a reminder to check in online as well. I'm usually very good on weekdays, but was happy that I maintained on the weekend as well.
Having moved recently, I am feeling the loss of proximity to my supportive community. I am learning how to give and receive support from afar and prioritizing building a new support network in my new location.

I have a very dear friend who God placed in my life who I know I can reach out to with any problem. It’s so important to have at least one person you can pour out to who won’t judge, but will support as needed.

Wins… back to the gym, back on all my supplements.
Struggle… sleep. Not for any other reason than it's so quiet I enjoy it so much. The last month has been so chaotic, it's a nice change
