My morning oils typically start with frankincense and copiaba under tongue and onguard and balance on feet. I end the day with diffuser blend of serenity, breathe and onguard

🌿 Grounding and Centering Routine: 🌿

As a healthcare professional deeply committed to holistic well-being, I appreciate the significance of establishing a grounding and centering routine as the foundation and conclusion of each day. The spot where I place my grounding and centering oil on my bedside table is a physical reminder of this intentional practice. I used to keep them in the bedside drawer to keep them away from the light but then I would sometimes forget (out of sight/out of mind I guess).

Morning Ritual:
Upon waking, I apply the grounding and centering Balance oil along my spine and on my feet and cup and inhale its soothing aroma. This ritual, paired with Frankecence to the back of my neck Lime oil, and clove blend mixed with FCO to the mastoid bone where the Vagus nerve is most at the surface, and my The Lifewave X39 patch applied to the back of my neck for stem cell activation sets the tone for the day.

Mid-Day Connection:
To maintain balance, I incorporate Ho'oponopono, allowing me to release mental and emotional clutter. This practice aligns me with truth and energy through the Holy Spirit. Meditation, prayer, and visualization follow, creating a seamless flow into my workday.

Evening Wind-Down:
As the day concludes, I revisit the grounding and centering oil, reapplying it to signify the transition into a restful evening. My seven-year-old son occasionally joins, finding solace in the foot rubs with essential oils. Our shared meditation and breathwork sessions foster connection and teach him the importance of mindfulness.

Enhancing Sleep Quality:
This ritual, paired with a red light bulb in the lamp on my nightstand, serenity essential oil, serenity stick, and serenity capsule, sets the tone for the day. The Lifewave patch enhances my sleep quality, ensuring I wake up restored.
I use blackout goggles, mouth taping, and a red light to ensure a deep and restorative sleep. These multi-layer habit stacking elements optimize my sleep environment, enhancing REM sleep and overall restoration.

Continuous Improvement and Sharing:
This routine is dynamic, adapting to my evolving needs. Additionally, I've documented the benefits of using silent night and X39 Lifewave patches in a video, which I'm more than willing to share with anyone interested in light and healing as well. I have two deep-dive videos I made about light.

This comprehensive approach rejuvenates me for the day ahead and exemplifies my commitment to holistic well-being. As a leader in the medical profession, I believe that personal health practices set the foundation for compassionate and effective care. I'm eager to learn from others in our community and share insights contributing to our collective growth.

@ MLClark, That sounds like a fantastic morning and evening essential oil routine!
Starting the day with frankincense and copaiba is a great choice for grounding, and applying OnGuard and Balance on your feet adds a protective and balancing touch. Ending the day with a diffuser blend of Serenity, Breathe, and OnGuard must create a soothing and comforting atmosphere for relaxation and sleep. Your intentional use of essential oils showcases a mindful approach to well-being. Keep nurturing yourself with these beautiful rituals

Inconsistently consistent is the theme for many aspects of my days. I tire easily of the smells of various oils, but use one or another almost daily for many, many years. Most consistently is a blend close to OnGuard (lemon more often than wild orange) and a pain blend (frankincense/copaiba) for troublesome spots from the days one overuse.

For this challenge I have been using balance each morning. Depending on sleep needs it is shinrin-yoku, balance, or serenity at night. An epsom salt foot bath in the evening with a drop or two of oil to fit the current need for physical or mental support.

Mediation is constant. A deep breath to start the day and to start/continue/end a task. Each deep breath contains well wishes and gratitude.

I started using Balance for this challenge. I had used it before and didn't really care for the smell and it didn't seem like it was really doing anything for me. BUT….all my kids are missionaries and I am usually the one to bring them to the airport. I always sob as I am hugging them goodbye. This last Wednesday I brought my daughter to the airport and she said I know you will cry because you always do…I gave her a big hug at the airport and my emotions were happy and grateful and not one tear shed. I amazed myself because I usually fall apart. That is when I saw that Balance EO really did work for me. Now I love the smell and look forward to using it every morning and night. I really feel grounded and peaceful. My fitbit also shows that my sleep quality has risen consistently which is probably why I feel better too.

I have been using Balance morning and night. I have noticed the positivity it has brought to my mornings. Being mindful as I am applying it, and looking forward to the possibilities of the day. At night, I apply with gratitude in mind.

These are very inspiring ideas in the posts for am and evening.

I have been using balance in the am and pm for the challenge. It’s growing on me - this oil.

I’m inspired by all of them especially the night time ones.

Tonight I will be following the protocol from the video! Sounds so peaceful 🌕

Aside from all the great new habits I'm incorporating from this challenge, I also love to use Adaptive in the am & cannot go without the Serenity softgels in the pm. But Balance is the oil I cannot live without, so incorporating that in every morning & night has been such a treat & a habit that will last! In addition to using these doTERRA products I love to meditate & journal, (I do a dream journal and a gratitude journal)!

Using Balance on a daily basis is new for me and a habit I need to continue.
It’s made my days more focus and I’ve been sleeping better at night.

I start and end each day with Balance Blend on the bottom of my feet and Rose over my heart.

I love experimenting with my oils so throughout the day whenever I feel like it I'll wear one as a personal aroma, or even just play around with a couple of them….and depending on the weather I love to grab my Midnight Forest Blend and go reconnect with nature in woods #ShinrinYoku

Lately I've been enjoying the taste of Cassia in my water and on those cold winter nights nothing beats a London Fog made with doTERRA oils🙈❤

I LOVE that Balance is part of this challenge. I've been putting on my feet in the morning for the last 3 years. So now I have added doing it at night as well. I love the smell of it. I have my bedtime routine of diffusing and applying oils. But I would like to be more regular with praying before bed.

I’ve started incorporating the LLV in the later part of the day instead of just the morning and have so much more energy. I’m also following up on my or I g reading of my book, The Forty Day Word Fast. I recommend it.

So many beautiful examples. I love it! Balance is my perfume of choice, but I have loved using it to take deep breaths and apply to feet. Power!! And, so helpful. I need to be more consistent at night so I will follow Ruth’s advice and do it before prayer.

I love reading all the things everyone is doing, and may end up incorporating some of them into my own routine. For now, 30(ish) minutes of reading while I drink my hot herbal tea is how I end my night. Balance, Serenity, and Lavender are my favorites for sleep… but I really love to play mix and match as well, and there are many nights where I open up and smell multiple bottles before filling up my diffuser with oils that call out to me.

All of this sounds so nice…

Oil bed time and waking rituals, reading with tea, diffusing before sleep and in morning, oils with prayers, and London fogs - yummy!

All such good ideas 💡

I tried using balance for morning and night but it just didn’t feel right, I went back to frankincense and I feel so much better, I’m more relaxed and calmer it just works for me. I put a little cross on my forehead, roll some on my feet and over my heart ❤️. It jus calms me down and I can focus bettering works fo me.
