I have made a lot of bread over the years but have never even heard of Fermented Bread, it looked so easy to make - I am looking forward to trying that recipe. I am wondering how you bake it? Maybe that is tomorrows cooking lesson. Do you bake it in a loaf pan or on a flat pan like sourdough bread? Just thinking maybe it says on the recipe - I will check and see .

We like to bake ours in a dutch oven. You can find the baking instructions in the recipe for the bread. Let us know if you give it a go!

I divided the dough into two loafs after the overnight ferment. I am just one person so I love to share with my neighbors♥️
Thank you so very much for sharing this.
I am a seasoned sourdough baker, but this is a nice change up. Hoping others will join me on this platform 🥰

@cheryl-m I have never heard of fermented bread either. The recipe says to put in a dutch oven (which i dont have) and preheat to 450F.
