I'm doing great checking off all the daily habits on my list until it comes to my personal weekly habits. Those have been hit or miss for me. I have a lot of unchecked days for week 1 (increasing water intake), and week 2 (spending at least 30 minutes a day cleaning/decluttering/organizing my home) isn't much better… but there is still half a week to go, so I'm going to continue to try and check off as many of the boxes as I can! Will try to make it to the live tomorrow, but if not, I'll definitely watch the replay.

Balancing the needs of my patients/clients/family and my needs is a dance. I sometimes step on my own feet. However, I would rather dance than sit on the sidelines.

Absolutely love the accountability and perfect reset I needed! Maybe I should say jump start to 2024. Notice a huge difference 10 days in of staying consistent with all my doterra products

I'm celebrating some significant victories! I've successfully shed 6 lbs of unwanted weight by eliminating things from my nutrition that no longer serve me. Additionally, I've prioritized self-care by increasing my water intake and consistently showing up for my needs. It's been a rewarding journey so far!

I'm absolutely in love with this challenge. The things I have learned the past ten days are priceless…and I can definitely assure you they will be put to good use in my life and the lives of many others I can impact.
…but I think I'm most grateful for the community and the opportunity to learn from such incredible people❤

I am grateful for all that I have learned this year so far. A big thank you to Ruth and Dr. Gough for making the space in their schedules to research and deliver such positive input into all of our lives and for those we carry it onto also. I don't take any of this for granted because I know how much work goes into it. You both have changed many lives. God bless you and keep on doing it. You ARE awesome!!!!

Wins- the accountability for reflection, the positive motivation, the learning and knowledge, I even went to bed with intention once - which I just don’t usually do. I liked it and now it’s easier to do it again, I didn’t even realize that I wasn’t doing that before until that night…also, reading about others successes and ideas are encouraging.

I was unable to join the live talk today, but would love to view the replay if possible.
I echo Nancy's praise for the time in research and delivery of all the brilliant information presented by Ruth and Dr. Gough.
Much gratitude is given to learning from one another, as well. Taking the MetaPWR with less water and pounding it down before a meal has worked much better for me. Though I still get a belly ache, it does not last as long. Thank you, to the person(s) for that suggestion.

What a beautiful conversation! Ruth, love your heart! Paulette, so amazing to be able to get to know you a little better. Powerful words and thoughts were shared and I’m so thankful.
I love aromatouch! If anyone here lives in southeast Idaho and needs one please reach out. I’d love to offer it.

I am also interested in a replay because I went on at 1:00 not realizing that you were live at noon since I wasn't able to see my text earlier.

Wins: I have actively participated in this challenge since day 1. I am making real progress towards the goals that I set for myself. I have learned so much in the first ten days.
Challenges: I have referred people to this challenge that are not actively participating. It makes me sad.

Agree Becky. I was able to watch the replay and it was a great way to start the snowy, blizzard day that is upon us here in Iowa.

So far I've been really consistent with my supplements, nutrition, exercise and self care, so that's a big win. But, for me, abstaining from alcohol has been the biggest win. I never overindulge, but in some situations, there is always a glass or two of wine. Navigating these situations without has been a challenge, but I have been successful in making different choices.

WEll I learned that it's ok for me to give myself permission to start over - I have just learned how to make comments here - so I guess I am starting over in that area. I love that it's ok to give permission to have a Start over - I need to forgive myself when I fall short and - give myself permission to start over !!!

If you have not had the opportunity to learn the AromaTouch technique or receive an AromaTouch please let me encourage you. It is an amazing experience. Something as simple as Wild Orange essential oil can trigger the senses beyond what you could imagine. I was present when an elderly lady with dementia allowed an AromaTouch hand massage. During the easy, but unique process a momma who had not spoken her daughter’s name for 4 years, blurted out her daughter’s name with a couple word sentence. This momma - Bonnie - was a seamstress in her early days. She said “Jolene always gets the scraps”. I was happy to teach the family the hand technique so they could spend quality time with their momma.

I set up a hand massage class for Monday, Jan. 29 for 16 people to experience the power of touch& aroma of beautiful essential oils.
I also decided to start over in my business. I needed to feel OK that even if fail, it's alright to begin again with whatvI know and feel comfortable with.

Was this zoom the same as in lesson? I listened took notes on it.
Biggest winner I had this week was using balance with serenity at night on feet. Also taking 10 breaths to relax and reflect .
Keeping up better with writing part of challenge.
