How exciting! I actually have some questions this week (some that were triggered by last week's Doc Talk) so I'm very excited for this opportunity!

I enjoy the Doc Talk, Dr. Gough explains everything so it is easy to understand. Having Dr. Riggs share his knowledge is such a great learning opportunity.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain the knowledge and wisdom from Dr. Gough so thoroughly. Looking forward to hear Dr. Riggs also. I have heard him speak at convention.

The knowledge we get from these docs for free is priceless.

I really enjoyed the Doc Talk with Dr. Gough and Dr. Riggs. Prior to this Doc Talk, I thought that you could take your Lifelong Vitality anytime during the day. I was taking 4 of each supplement in the afternoon. Now I am taking 2 of each in the morning and 2 in the evening for maximum absorption.

Missed this but went to the reclaim you heath event in IF that was awesome I even got my better half to Ho with me and he enjoyed it too. He did say need more manly smells lol…
