I have a couple questions this week. My first one was triggered by last week's Doc Talk. You mentioned Rosemary in regard to hair health, and in keeping your hair on your head. You also mentioned DoTerra's hair care products. For someone who is dealing with thinning hair, which product would you recommend; the shampoo/conditioner, or the shampoo/conditioner bars?

Okay, my second question, also triggered by something that was said during last week's Doc Talk. You referenced people who work nights and the struggles that naturally come with that. This year I am really working to get to a point where I am more proactive and less reactive when it comes to my health. I don't work nights, but I do start work in the early morning hours (3 AM). What are some things (outside of the new habits we have been working on the last few weeks) that I can incorporate into my routine to achieve my proactive goal and battle the "graveyard shift" effect?

Back to the hand massage technique- what oils would you use besides wild orange. I want to give my attendees a choice of 3 or4. Thank you in advance.
