My vitamix is approx. 20 years old so if I win I'll pass it over to my sis and enjoy a newer version!

I've been on a green drink kick with water kale, spinach, flax, chia, a scoop of fiber or greens, juice from half a lemon, lots of cayenne, maybe a few strawberries!

Having a Vitamix would be amazing. My favorite recipe to make in my boring old blender are Gluten-Free Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins . Check out daniellewalker.com for the recipe on her blog.

I don't have a vitamix but I do have a ninja. My favorite smoothie recipe mango, banana, pineapple blended with almond milk. I usually put a couple drops of lemon oil in it as well.

Most (okay many…twice a week) mornings I blend 1/2 a fresh washed/de-seeded lemon, spirulina, cayenne (sometimes a 1/4" of fresh ginger) with water. Can't say I notice much difference, but to me it is yummy.

I don’t have a blender at all (mine died about 6 years ago, and I never replaced it), so no recipes to share… but I’m looking forward to reading what everyone else shares!

I have a Ninja, but it's seen better days. I love the doterra chocolate protein with water and a scoop of peanut butter for a tasty dessert.

Thanks for sharing the idea of how to create a creamy silky smoothie by blending in avocado -

It's great to see the variety of recipes shared here - guess it's time to get on the smoothie bandwagon. Sounds like Ninja blenders are good but sounds like a vita mix blender will last a long time -

2 bananas or 1/2 Maradol papaya, 1/2 cup fresh dragon fruit and 2 cups fresh blueberries

Oh this mixer would be awesome. I love to throw spinach, blueberries, banana, doTERRA protein, plain Greek yogurt - sometimes kale all together. Just depends on what I happen to have in the fridge.

Costco used to sell an avocado ice cream. It was delicious and definitely smooth.

I make all my own smoothies using fruit that is going bad. Sometimes I add plain yogurt or doterra vanilla protein powder. To get my veggies in I also will add spinach or cauliflower.

A vitamix would be fantastic. I use a harvest gold blender from the seventies- thats 50 years old! I love a smoothie using raspberries, blueberries, spinach or kale mix with doterra trim shake& milk. I so loved the orange shake flavor.❤️ Now using vanilla protein in its place. Maybe I should try the chocolate flavor for a change.

I read the other comments. It sounds interesting to try an avocado or yogurt to make it smoother. Ive never hear of an avocado ice cream from Costco, but I'll keep an eye out.🤔

This is what I was referring to. Best non-dairy. I’ve seen this brand at natural grocers as well; just more expensive than what Costco was.

This is reminding me of a lemon electrolyte drink I used to get from a store. I don’t know the recipe but I know it had lemons, water, and grape seed oil. Sometimes they would add a bit of powder charcoal for detox. Thanks for reminding me of it with your sharing!

My go to is Greek yogurt, blueberries, spinach, and banana. I think I'm going to try adding an avocado :).
