Weekly Giveaway & Cancun

Friends, we are super excited for this week's giveaway. We will have FIVE winners this week. We have 5 limited edition Stanley Cups with a limited edition citrus oil for five winners this week. I had doc talk playing at work but I couldn’t focus on it because got busy - looking forward to the replay the parts I could hear were very informative!

So exciting!!! What an amazing challenge so far!

I am loving this challenge so far. I am getting caught up, but I have been participating.

My wellness goal is a challenge to eliminate worry from my life! Ridding this bothersome habit will help me to be reliant on faith in my ability to problem solve without doubt and negative thinking and replaced with self assurance and the ability to stay calm, think clearly and act decisively.

I'm so excited about the rest of this challenge. I can wait to see what Dr. Andrew and Ruth Gough have in store. You guys are awesome. Thank You for everything you do and taking the time to encourage, motivate and uplift us🥰 …also the education is priceless.

I don’t have a Stanley cup either.

I really like Doc Talk to learn how to use the oils and all other ways. It has been helping me on this challenge journey and in the future. I just say that the oils have help me greatly ( OnGuard. Breathe and Eucalyptus) on my journey with having COPD. Since I started using the oils I haven’t had to use Z-Pak or prednisone to help me and I haven’t had to go to the hospital with any issues for several years.

May I ask the protocol you are using? I recently learned a friend has developed a COPD and am interested in alternative ways that will help.
