A nutrition tip that works for me is to have meals prepped and in the freezer ready to eat for when I do not feel like cooking for whatever reason.

I have to keep serving size portions of healthy choices ready to go or I don't tend to grab them when I'm in a hurry.

Have sweets out of sight. I liked someone's suggestion of green and fiber powder as a snack. I take to work with me.

I have all my cooking or salad items cooked or cut up and stored in fridgesmart tupperware containers so what ever I have a desire to eat is just simply open the containers and prepare fresh meals with variety .

I don't buy or keep tricky foods for me: cookies, chocolate chips, dinner rolls ect. I also eat an avocado with breakfast and stay high on protein.

I work 5 hours a day which includes lunchtime, but I work during eveyone else's lunch. I have various small containers of nuts in my drawer and carry a fruit or two with me, and usually a protein as well. A refrigerator is close by. I have been eating enough of my snack to keep me alive and saving the rest for the next day. Today, I ate a few almonds, 4 bites of watermelon and didn't touch the grapes or 1/2 beef stick. Yes, the beef stick is processed but I hate most proteins and these are completely healthy. I order them from Paleo Valley. It's one protein I enjoy.

I do my best to incorporate protein in every meal.

I try to have a protein at least two times a day. It keep me feeling full and less time to snack. If I need to snack I fix a small container with mixed nuts and dried cranberries which gives me a little salt and sweet.

Protein shakes with almond milk and avocados seem to fill me up for hours. I try to consume those as my fast is ending late morning as many times a week as possible.

Yeah!! Excited for the daily giveaway : ) Thanks!

I purposely keep an applesauce pouch or mixed nuts in my lunch bag daily so I have healthy snack options if needed. I haven't needed them at all since I started using metaPWR!

I pack my lunch the night before when I feel more mindful of what choices I’m making. I have been much more successful in leaving sweets out.

The best nutrition tip for me is when shopping…shop the outside aisles. Avoid the middle as much as possible.

Produce tastes better when it's fresh, so I shop frequently to ensure freshness.

Eat tons of greens then eat the starch. No measurement needed .
