Diluted Vetiver on my big toes, a spritz of Serenity on my pillow and a nice warm bath gives me what I need to rest well.

We diffuse Cedarwood in doTERRA’s humidifier. We both sleep so well!

I have noticed my sleep pattern is improving since being more committed to taking Copaiba in the evening. Now I am going to get more committed to diffusing the trio of Serenity, OnGuard, and Breathe! I have taken Serenity softgel, but not consistently. It seems as if I have "always" had difficulty sleeping…trouble falling asleep and waking up multiple times throughout the night. Falling asleep is getting better thanks to this whole MetaPWr Reset!

I have 3 wonderful sleep tips.

  1. Shut down the screens at least 1 hour before going to sleep.
  2. Relax your mind and body with either a good warm soak in the tub. My go-to oil of choice is Serenity mixed into my Epsom Salt. Or a wonderfully soothing stress-relieving meditation.
  3. And my final tip. I have a deliciously aromatic cup of Roman Chamomile tea. Just 3-4 drops of oil in 8oz warm water. With 1tsp of raw organic honey.

I tend to rotate through a lot of different oils for sleep options.

That’s hard with a 4 month old but we diffuse serenity!

My husband and I read a devotional each night and then take turns praying I use a couple drops of Vetiver on the filter of my in line cpap machine. I also use a roller with Vetiver, Roman chamomile, wild orange, Frankincense, and bergamot on my feet prior to bedtime.

Since I started the oils my #1 is Breathe. After a while I started adding OnGuard so I would diffuse Breathe & OnGuard. Depending if I need other oils I will sometimes use Frankincense, Roman Chamomile, Serenity, Lavender, Cedarwood & Aroma Touch.
