When it comes to prepping meals my go to is my handy Crock-Pot. I toss all my ingredients into the Slow-Cooker and let it simmer all day. That way it's ready when dinner rolls around. Then I take the leftovers and put them in meal-prep containers and freeze them for later. For snacks I'm big into just grabbing the nearest piece of fruit in my fruit bowl.

I like cutting up fresh veggies and having them available for the week with hummus. I also like to have a variety of nuts handy. Her tip on the greens as a snack is great but I really wish we had the greens without all the cereal grasses in it. I would use that product more if we did.

When I get groceries, I come home and soak all the fruits and vegetables with water, vinegar and lemon eo. Then I let them all air dry completely and store in glass containers. That way it’s easy for me and my family to quick grab a snack. Also, helps save time when packing school lunches for my kids!

I take a day to prep a huge fresh salad and fix rice or potatoes to have for easy prep for other dishes. I will cook a big pan of greens to dip as needed. Cutting produce ahead and storing them in tupperware is a great timesaver to whip up something

I make a big pot of vegetable or vegetable/bean soup every week and keep it in the fridge for easy meals/snacks. I recently found 1 cup freezer trays that makes it easy to freeze single portions. A large mouth thermos allows me the flexibility to easily take a serving “to go” when needed.

Crock pot or cooking in bulk to make homemade freezer meals for later is my best way to eat healthy quick meals.

When I grocery shop, I get seasonal veggies and fruit, clean/soak veggies in water with a drop of lemon eo, air dry then pack in containers that retard spoiling, and refrigerate. I make a great dill dip and put that in small containers to grab with veggies…
1.5 cup cottage cheese, 1.5 cup mayo, 1.5 Tblsp chopped dried onion, 1.5 Tblsp Spice Island Beau Monde, (hard to find but necessary!) 1.5 Tblsp parsley, 1.5 Tblsp dill weed.
I also have cheese sticks and Paleovalley grass fed beef sticks available to grab from refrigerator. Various fruits washed and ready to grab plus watermelon and/or cantelope cut up and ready.
I don't usually meal prep ahead of time but make enough for leftovers when I cook.
I have my blendjet ready on counter along with MetaPWR Advantage, dōTERRA's protein, fiber and greens so I can blend that up before I start snacking when I get home from work midafternoon. Today, I added blueberries with the vanilla protein, along with Advantage and fiber.
I have cupboard full of many various nuts in airtight glass containers with small snack size containers to take along.

I’m in agreement that time is valuable so my snack is usually nuts (almonds, pistachios, pecans etc..) easy to grab and a serving of fruit, carrots, or a fresh garden tomato (bummed garden is about done). I used to grab a hand full of chips or candy but it didn’t stay with me long and I found I need to make better choices. MetaPWR is encouraging me to choose better foods. Thank you!

With my MS, sometimes cooking is the last thing I can do. So when I am having good days, I always cook twice as much as we will eat and freeze the rest for quick healthy dinners.
I can't do pre bagged salad kits as they are usually treated with a chemical that causes severe bowel distress for me. So when we shop, I grab several kinds of lettuce and when I get home, I wash, dry and shred it into bite size pieces. Then combine the different varieties into several different mixed greens "bags" for easy grab and go lunch salads.
I love my Instant Pot for quick cooking meats. I often do all the meats for the week on one day. In a pinch, I took will grab a rotisserie chicken and shred it all up the first day for multiple meals.
Snacks are usually nuts and a small piece of dark chocolate. Sometimes yogurt with granola. Or simply a piece of fruit. But my most common snack is hummus with celery. In the summer, my homegrown cherry tomatoes are my preferred snack. I also like to dehydrate fruit for easy carry along snacks.

I was & cut up strawberries on Sunday so they are easy to grab & eat on the go. Meal prep, I plan the meals on the weekend & chip anything that's needed for a weekday meal.

I like to look at the adverstiment for the grocery store on Tuesday (Flipp App) to see what on sell. I them make my list and do a round robin to the stores on Wednesday. When I get home I clean everything up and figure out what my meals are going to be for the week. Example: If making stew or soups, I get all the vegetables together cut and clean and freeze in a container. On the day I am making it I get the meat, vegetables and spices together and put into my instant pot and cook from a frozen state. Normally take about 30-45 minutes to cook the whole meal and all done in one pot. Makes it so easy.

I try meal prep every week but it doesn't always happen. So I usually have a few freezer meals that I've made and stuck in the freezer so I can grab them for lunch in the morning if I didn't get anything done on the weekend.

I am trying to keep fresh fruits easy to grab on the way out the door. I am also keeping nuts in my car. Thank you for all your ideas. I am going to try several of them!
