My easiest healthy habit to start was taking my MetaPWR. Because I was already taking the Terrazyme and LLV. My hardest habit to start, at first, was getting more active. Because with my joint problems it started out being difficult and painful. But once I started going, I couldn't stop. Now I'm walking over 10,000 steps per day. Plus exercising 30 minutes daily.

I also was already doing LLV and terrazyme among other DoTERRA supplements. Getting in the habit of taking my meta pwr in the morning was easy but doing them all in the evenings is proving the hard part.

Adding the MetaPWR Advantage (plus drops of the oil) was easiest because I really like the flavor. I’m one of those people who have always struggled to drink enough water but I down this water bottle quickly and continue drinking water throughout the day! I agree with Helen, adding a healthy dose of movement is my challenge and I’m encouraged by her success in adding daily walking.

It has been a seamless transition adding Advantage to my daily routine. The hardest for me, has been remembering to take assist before my meals. I started setting an alarm to help remind myself to take it before my biggest meal.

Easiest habit was simply adding the MetaPWR softgels to what I was already taking regularly. Hardest is figuring out each day which is best meal to take Assist before. My biggest meal varies daily due to different business meetings I have each week. Remembering to take it before the right meal has been a little tricky for m.

The hardest for me is drinking enough water. Water is all I drink but I just don’t drink enough. The easiest has been movement. I loveee to exercise!

Easiest for me is taking the gel and cap. But the hardest is like someone else has stated is the correct meal.

Taking supplements in the morning and evening is natural to me. Taking anything midday is hard.

I've found it's been easy to add Advantage to my morning routine and get a little more water in before I leave home. So far, my breakfast has been my heavy carb meal, so adding MetaPWR assist when getting ready has working well. I have found that after about 4 days, I'm no longer hungry before (or sometimes at) lunch or dinner. However, I'm trying to work on not eating my usual amount just because I'm afraid I'll be hungry later (between meals) and need to work on decreasing portions prepared/consumed. My loving husband often packs my lunch and cooks a lot of our meal,
and he loves to fill my plate for me. However, my intake needs are very different than his AND I'm a self-proclaimed "finishing fanatic" and was raised not to waste food… So, MetaPWR is working, but I now need to work on changing old habits that influence my weight. I tried the gum just because I wanted him today. I was a bit disappointed that the flavor wasn't amazing and didn't last long.

Adding MetaPwr in the morning has been very easy. I struggle with talking it at lunch especially, I remember to take it with supper if I eat at home otherwise I forget the supper one until later in the evening.

The easiest habit has been adding MetaPWR to my routine of taking LLV and Terrazyme. Using the tracking sheet has really helped! The hardest habit to add has possibly been to become more active. I had started walking about a week before the MetaPWR Challenge, but I have had to increase that. I am hitting 2 miles now at least four days out of seven.

Drinking Advantage has been so easy to add to my morning routine. The hardest would be trying to resist snacking when I'm not actually hungry. But the beadlets and gum definitely help

The easiest was starting LLV and even the MetaPWR system. The hardest for me is making eating multiple times a day a priority. However that's getting easier because of the MetaPWR.

LLV was easy to do. I take mine with each meal. Taking the MetaPWR 15-30 mins. before my meal is hard to remember. I am working on that. Trying to remember to take it as dinner is nearly done.
