Hello! My name is Jennifer and I’m a mother of 3. I turned 47 today and would like to get my health under control better. I have gained a lot of weight over the last two years and ready to start getting that off again. I’ve had a number of health challenges over the last two years as well and many have gotten much better but I would still like to lower my diabetic numbers. I am excited to see what results I get overall from this!
