Good morning from Kingman, AZ!! Thank you Dr Gough and Mrs G!! This is going to be an amazing journey!! I started the Thursday after Convention. I cannot believe how well this is cancelling my chocolate addiction!! NO CRAVINGS!! I am not hungry. I feel better!! I am excited to do this challenge with you all!!
