Too many health issues to list, but my number one goal is to lose weight. I am the perfect candidate to test this product. My body will only allow 10 lbs to come off (very slowly) and then it says, NOPE, No More . . . this is mine. You can't get rid of it.
I have tried so many different ways to lose the weight, but my body is stubborn. I need to do something I like and will keep on using so that I don't fall back into the old habits, which will then bring the weight back on.
I am having a surgery - complete shoulder replacement November 4, I would like to lose 10-15 lbs before I go into surgery. That is my first goal!

Hi! I know what you are talking about. I’ll start a program then fall off the program. I know it takes 21 days to form a habit, so let’s commit to 21 days and hopefully we all will develop a healthy MetaPWR habit!

I’m with you, my experience has been to have an accountability partner is a great source of encouragement. I hate doing food journals but it has also been a great way to hold myself accountable and be honest about what I’m actually feeding my body. You can lose the weight don’t give up!

I agree with you Linda. I'm 67. I have been on the challange since Oct 1 and have only lost 2 lbs, but I have lost several inches all over. For some of us I am figuring it's going to take a lot longer to lose the weight which is my biggest problem. It's taking me a while to figure out when to take what and I am going to do another 30 days.
