No changes yet. Down a bit over a pound. CRAVINGS ARE GONE!! That part feels wonderful! I put Spanish Sage on the crown of my head one day….think I will keep doing it. My memory was boosted!!

I also watched a video from Desiree de Lunae about Spanish Sage and she recommends diffusing it with Star Anise. That is what will be in my diffuser today!!! Along with a drop on my crown!!
