Anyone using the Libre 3 CGM or do their A1C before MetaPWR ?

I was adopted as an infant and recently found out that I have a very strong history of type 2 diabetes on both sides of my biological families . I purchased a Libre 2 CGM and found my sugars are quite spiky as well as am running a borderline A1C level myself. Anyone else done any levels or have insulin resistance or diabetes ? .
