Not sure if this is where I should post this, but Dr. Gough's talk on digestive function and the doterra products to benefit the system was great!! Will be sharing this!! All of the content has been wonderful, but this concise breakdown was the best!

I just watched and wrote down many wonderful notes, tips! Clairifying the need for llv and metapwr, their commitment to the science and not just throwing stuff out there just because they can. Oh! So much more

I posted about the Dr Gough's vid on Digestion under Margaret's post titled "Cleanse and restore kit" the same day I watched the video because I learned so much! It was/is great and I shared it right away with my husband. Now that I'm older, I don't rush through eating the way I used to in my youth.
