Dry brushing

What is everyone’s favorite oils for dry brushing?
I have done MetaPWR, zendocrine, geranium and tonight trying tulsi!!

I haven't tried dried brushing yet, but have been meaning to. What's your favorite? I was going to try MetaPWR.

So I bought a cheap dry brush off amazon about a year ago and have been religious about it!
I loved MetaPWR and zendocrine the most so far!

hmmmm…I never thought of using oils for dry brushing. Good idea!

I have started with metaPWR

I use cypress oil after dry brushing.

There are video's to show the proper way to dry brush.

My favorite is grapefruit!

Makes since if one is trying to loose volume. I add grapefruit with my moisturizer
