I watched the video and I'm confused about the recipe. You said if we were going by the recipe we would have finished prepping long before you because you were making a big batch. You only used 8 apples. The recipe I read said 21 apples! I may be reading it wrong because I can't wear my glasses with this face pain. I'm sending a picture. Please tell me what it says if I read it wrong or clarify if it's a typo.

Here is the update recipe. Just remember all apples are different. Some have more juice then others so you can apple 1 or 2 apples as needed.
This is a 16oz recipe.

Ohhh, wow, I just finished watching the re=play and learned so, so much!!! Loved what Ruth suggested for uses of the insoluble fiber. I will have to budget for a juicer, and I look forward to budgeting for a juicer. Thank you Ruth and Dr Andrew - what an empowering video!
