Hello! My name is Margaret Clark. I’m a wife, mother of two grown children, and 4 grands. I have a pretty stressful job that requires a lot of hours. In 2023, I’m trying to find my balance and focus on self care which I tend to neglect.

I've been with doterra since 2014. I've struggled with my health issues my entire life. In 2021, I nearly died from covid. I still have long covid and am still on oxygen. Early last year I was diagnosed with an inflammatory condition and put on a high dose of prednisone. That suppressed my immune system and I had a severe bout of shingles. I still have post shingle neuropathy nearly a year later. I'm also now dealing with bone loss from the prednisone. I'm not complaining, just letting you know where I'm coming from. I'm super blessed to be here. I'm so excited to be a part of this challenge and this community. This is the year I take my health back! I started on MetaPWR in late September with great results. I wanted even better results, do in Dec I doubled up and became a super user. As a result, I've had more energy, my shingle pain is not as severe and I've been able to leave off my oxygen when I'm sitting! That's with just one momth!! And this month, I'll be adding movement and healthier goods! I should feel like a new woman next month!

Also, I've struggled with my weight most of my adult life. The megadoses of prednisone didn't help any. I just got a phone last month that would support the methreesixty app, so I don't have comparisons from when I started MetaPWR. Here are the results from the last three weeks.

Hello, I'm joining this group from western South Dakota! I love being a part of a health and wellbeing group that supports mind, body, and spirit. I'm ready to shed & purge the may layers of build-up that has manifested these past few years and am excited to be present and consistent with this challenge, as well as learn from you all.
I'm a mom to two grown humans, a fur baby, and wife to a newly retired husband. I keep busy with my career as an education specialist, yoga teacher, and mentor.

Hi, I am 58, currently live alone, have two grown children, my son, 25 just got married this past July. My daughter turned 21 in November and has made some improvements in her lifestyle choices. I'm excited to learn new ideas and hopefully implement some of them to help me improve my eating habits and up my physical movement to help increase my strength in my lower back. I work 40 hours as an online shopper so I get plenty of physical movement daily, just none that is developmental per say.

Hello. My name is Josie and I am a 47 year old wife and mother of a ten and a nine year old. I have been living a holistic lifestyle for over ten years now and am always eager to implement new ways into my daily health routine. I am known by fellow mamas as ‘the hippie mama’ and ‘the hot mess mama’. I embrace both of these cloned titles as they truly do depict me and all that I am. I am perfectly imperfect and strive to teach my children about being comfortable in their own self and that it’s okay to get comfortable being uncomfortable in life.
I needed a challenge to kick start my 2023 as I stepped back from everything career related in July.
I am hoping to gain some clarity and motivation throughout the next month.
Admittedly, I am a pasta loving, free thinking, silly, sassy, smart, and sometimes sexy hot mess mama.

I'm impressed with the app Beth Strickland referenced. The scan clearly shows visually how she is improving in her health, and it looks like the app makes it easy to quickly get all those measurements. Thanks for sharing this, Beth.

You're welcome! It is a great app. Many have said the app is extremely accurate. My measurements were off a little from what I measured, but I really like the visual of my body changes and the fat composition.

Since we're talking about hydration today, another great app is called 'drink water reminder'. All you have to do is put in your weight and it let's you know how many ounces you need each day. It sends a reminder to drink every hour. When you finish drinkinga glass, click on how many ounces you had and it will let you know when you've met your goal.> I'm impressed with the app Beth Strickland referenced. Hey all! My name is Jackie and I have struggled with weight my entire life. I was on Thai slim and lost about 60 lb and kept it off until I started managing a grocery store where I just kind of gave up. I've had a lot of ups and downs but I decided that it was time for a change and my friend Mari introduced me to doTERRA metapwr. I had tried Slim and sassy in the past and she recommended this. I joined at just the right time and am enjoying the VIP challenges so far!
