I read this book and started this week with a big declutter project for my home! I'm starting with my office and then moving room to room. Would love to hear your best tips and even your struggles, let's encourage one another! :D

I decluttered significantly when I moved into a much smaller apartment 3 years ago. Because of the size of my appointment it still seems somewhat cluttered, but I use everything I have and I know where everything is.

Ohhhh thanks for sharing! I try to pick one room when time allows and let go of anything that does serve us anymore. I live in a small home and this is a must. Clothes I always give away to family’s in need for free!!

For the longest time I felt like I didn't have enough! Suddenly I realize I have too much! Will be making lots of donations this year as I declutter and downsize my home

Wow ! You must have read my
mind . Over the past three years we have tried to keep to necessities . Every season I go through clothing and if I haven’t worn something because it doesn't fit etc.. I donate it .
I feel overwhelmed when there is too much stuff . I work from home and typically go through my office weekly . Over the last few months routine has gone by the wayside so this morning I am taking down Christmas decor and going through my office . Thank you for the inspiration . I will check out this book

I am working on my bathroom as I am transitioning my house to healthier non toxic options and I found this on the doTERRA website.

This is one of my goals for this year so this thread is perfect! I inherited things the past few years as my mother downsized twice. Those are hard things to part with….. I've been working on it this past year but still have a lot more to do.

Isn’t it empowering the moment we begin to embody the truth that the things we own actually own us? Breathing into cultivating more order, mindfulness, and space and releasing those things which don’t serve an important purpose or bring us joy creates SO much space for all the good things that are waiting for us to discover! There is power in simplicity! I’m grateful for this thread and I’m excited to learn more and more from you all on this! Thank you @sarahjohnson for this conversation!
