Thank you for this! We have everything for this caviar to make. We love making things fresh, and yesterday we made homemade fresh salsa: garlic cloves, jalapeño, limes, cilantro leaves, roma tomatoes, sea salt, and tomato paste.

On occasion I enjoy making this filling sweet treat as a more healthy alternative to some other sweetened breakfast alternatives .
Mix all together and if you use microwave it takes 2-3 min on high to cook)
1/2 cup berries
1/2 banana, mashed
1/3 cup organic oatmeal
1/2 scoop protein powder ( if you like)
1 egg
2 tbsp nut or other milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon to taste ( or toothpick doterra cinnamon bark swirled in)
Plain unsweetened yogurt on top ( non dairy if preferred )
This photo has a sprinkle of a low sugar whole food topper but not necessary . Could substitute with chopped nuts .

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray a 12 count muffin tin with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl mash the banana, egg, milk, and avocado until pureed.
In another bowl whisk the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and combine.
Fold in the chocolate chips.

You can add in protein powder to make them more filling. They freeze great! My kids love them and take them for school snacks.

Oooo, I love all these recipes! I meal prepped my last two night's dinners to give me a little extra to get me through the week for lunches:
Fragrant Rice (I subbed Quinoa) and InstaPot Masoor dal from : https://everydaynourishingfoods.com/# and Smoky Instant Pot Black Eyed Peas & Greens (Vegan) from the Minimalist Baker (my fav site for recipes): https://minimalistbaker.com/smoky-instant-pot-black-eyed-peas-greens-vegan/
I've got granola in the oven (Coconut clusters with GF oats, flax seed, and hemp seeds…heavy on the seeds & nuts/light on the oats) this plus fresh berries and plain coconut yogurt in the AM or for a snack…yum. And for the Power Bites I'm subbing Vegan Protein for the Trim Shake;)
I'm also digging into my "Gough" notebook which is loaded with recipes of the past and hitting up my Pinterest boards for reminders of all that is possible!

Juicer Pulp Crackers
Ingredients
2 big cups of juice pulp
1 big tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup flax meal or flaxseeds
3 tablespoons tamari or coconut aminos
1 teaspoon dried chopped parsley
A big dash of turmeric
1 teaspoon dried chopped oregano
Black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup water
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients except for the water in a food processor. Add just a tiny bit of water, slowly, while the food processor is running. Just enough so the pulp will be easy to spread, but it should not be too watery. The amount of water depends on the juicer you juice and on how dry or wet the pulp is.
If you have a food dehydrator, place the mixture on the dehydrator sheet and spread evenly. Cut into squares with a knife and then dehydrate the crackers at 118°F for about 4 hours, flip, and then dehydrate for another 4 hours. The crackers are done when they are crunchy.
If you do not have a food dehydrator, preheat your oven to 320°F. Spread the mixture thinly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cut squares when spread evenly. Place in the oven and bake for about 40-50 minutes, flipping at the halfway point. The crackers are done when they are dry and crispy.
