Thank you, thank you, thank you! This has been an amazing challenge! Not only have I learned lots and incorporated lots, I am sharing the knowledge with my family. I am sure they are tired of listening to me and thinking "oh mom"…. but 3 of us are now taking LLV and Metapwr.
One more kid to get on the bandwagon…as soon as I buy more product :) I will strive to continue to improve. I am looking forward to reviewing this entire challenge again not only to reinforce and learn more but to motivate me. Thank you Ruth and Dr. Gough! This seriously has been a life changer!!! (I wish I had heart emojis….luv you bunches!!)
