The before picture was when I had prednisone pudge. After only 4 days on MetaPWR the pudge was gone! The picture on the left was taken today.
When I began this challenge on Jan. 2nd I weighed 263.6. This morning I weighed 256.5. Seven pounds down and 8 inches smaller since the beginning of the month. Here are a few other things I've experienced as a result of the MetaPWR system and participating in this challenge.
1) My energy has increased
2) I'm sleeping better
3) It's easier to move and I'm moving more
4) My clothes are loose fitting
5) Here's the big one. My lungs really seem to be getting oxygen again! Before the challenge, I was wearing my oxygen 24 hrs. Now I've been able to leave my oxygen off unless I'm up doing something or sleeping! My oxygen occasionally drops, but I can take a deep breath or two and it's fine. In the past, if it dropped it would usually take 10-12 deep breaths or getting back on the oxygen to get the level back up.
I'm so excited for what these products are doing for me and for the hope of even better things to come.
I'm also blessed to have been able to participate in this amazing challenge where I learned so much and made so many new and wonderful friends.
Thank you Ruth and Dr. Gough for all the hard work you put into this! And thank you for opening this up to everyone!
God bless all of you! Hoping we will be doing even more together in the future. ❤️

@beth-strickland, may I have permission to share with two of my closest friends your outstanding testimony. I found more about CRP and hs-CRP because it was mentioned in this community.

Yes. My CRP in August while I was on prednisone for inflammation was 19.6. On December 12, after 2 months on MetaPWR and 2 weeks doubling up on MetaPWR products, it was down to 0.5.> @beth-strickland, may I have permission to share with two of my closest friends your outstanding testimony.
