When detoxing, is it common to get rash? I was on wellness plan through functional dr for three years. Had a lot of testing with various issues. I switched to strictly doterra supplementation in mid-oct. In the past if I’ve had dairy or something that could resemble gluten I would get random bumps. I now get rash typically on right arm (worst is crease of elbow). Trying to figure out cause.

My question is what do you think of alkaline water? We have a Kangen water filter machine that allows us to change the PH balance of our water from 2.5 for cleaning purposes up to 9.5 for highest alkalinity to drink and or cook with . We have heard and read that cancer cells can't survive in alkaline water. Is that true?

Hello- around 7 is great! Alkaline water is good in moderation but can be hard of the digestive system in excess! Focus on good, clean water preloading and let us know how it's going! Proud of you!
