Welcome to Week 3!! This journey has been amazing and insightful for us and we pray for you too. What have you noticed since starting the challenge? What have been some success for you and/or maybe some challenges?

This week we dive into the connection between sleep and nutrition. How we fuel our bodies matters for optimal health. We are beyond excited to share with you this week!

Be sure to fill out second check-in and print your journal pages for this week. If you are sharing your data with doTERRA, you should receive an email to do the two week checkin.

This week's module will drop shortly. You can join Ruth live at Noon CT and then we will have the recording and resources in module #3 shortly.

Want to be this week's giveaway winner? There is still time to comment on Sleep Tips 8-14. We will announce the winner first thing tomorrow morning.

Finally, mark your calendar for Thursday August we have a live event with Dr. Gough and his special guest Dr. Simon Gough. This is a must not miss!! Look for the event details here in heights and we will also email those out.

Above it says to mark our calendar for Doc talk on Thursday. Melody typed in to the Zoom chat that it will be Wed at 6pm CT. Can you clarify which it will be?

Ruth, thank you so much for the very informative zoom talk this morning on nutrition and the impact of our diet on our sleep. I look forward to viewing your recipes.

I am so bad at eating before bed! Sometimes it's just a piece of fruit, or nuts, sometimes a PB & J. What is the timeframe we should not eat before bed.

I am learning so much through doing this sleep challenge, I am encouraged that changing some of the things I do and eat will hopefully change and increase the amount of sleep I get each night.

I won't be home for the Doc's talk on Wed. night - will there be a place where it will be posted that I can listen to a replay - I really want to hear what information they have to share. Thanks

I have to watch the replay of today’s call as I missed it. Looking forward to learning about nutritional changes can make to improve sleep. I’ve yet to feel like I’m seeing any improvement in my sleep. Trying not to get discouraged. We welcomed our 5th grandchild so sleep was interrupted. Her beautiful mommy is also on this sleep journey so hoping she sees benefits!

This journey has been fascinating. There have been moments where I see incredible improvement, then there are moments that I feel like I’m taking steps backward. I feel like sleep is always been something that I have tried to work on. I think as I continue to learn and try I pray that I can find some answers and solutions for my sleep.

Unfortunately, I am playing catch-up this week on everything. Our family suffered two losses last weekend. I woke up Sunday morning to the horrible news. Emotional trauma is one thing that messes with your sleep for sure. Asking for prayers for my niece and nephews who lost their dad and a cousin.

It’s been challenging for me to be consistent with diffusing at night. I am better at using DoTerra products to care for my kids/husband than being intentional to care for myself. Trying to be better.

I am up a few times during the night to feed my newborn. I have been able to fall back asleep quickly between feedings. Thankful for this!

With the Olympics on it's been hard going to sleep at the same time each night. But i am finding that I am slowly sleeping longer before i wake up.

I’ve noticed that I’m good at taking the LLV, & that I seem to have a habit of going to bed around the same time Except on Sun & PT Tuesday. This has been good to really focus & see how I’m doing by writing it down.

I have a few challenges trying to get on a better schedule and falling asleep. I’m observing from a new perspective what, when, & how I do sleep. A few obstacles need to be addressed.
