I have found I can now sleep from 10 to 6. Generally without waking up. I feel like I have energy all day. I am so thankful.

I’m not seeing as much change as I would like. I do chalk it up to mostly stress. I had a period of time when stress was reduced when we did the miracle challenge. Stress is now amped back up.

I am thankful to be able to get back to sleep quickly after feeding my newborn in the night but the lack of sleep over several weeks is catching up and I am tired. I know it’s just a season.

When I sleep, I sleep deeper. I find myself being a little skeptical thinking you know it’s not really what’s making me sleep so deep or is it just that I had a good workout? So there’s been a couple nights where I’m like. I’m not gonna take the serenity and see what happens. It’s been fascinating to see how I feel the next whole day when I don’t take it. I feel much more on edge emotionally I feel like it’s easier to handle the day-to-day stress by taking the serenity.

I have found that i am sleeping better and if I do wake up I am able to go back to sleep faster instead of tossing and moving a round. I see that I am getting mor sleep cycles than what i did before starting the challenge.
