What is in your personal protocol for getting your mind and body ready for rest? I personally love to do yoga nidra and turn on my pink noise. Dr. Gough loves a meditation offering from his favorite pellaton app. What do you like to do? Do you listen to something when falling asleep or do you prefer just the quiet?

Here is my favorite pink noise track. Feel free to skip the beginning part of talk and get to the good stuff!

We also have the meditation tool box kit ready for you!! Let us know which one you will be trying first.

I definitely prefer the quiet! I have tried a sound machine and cannot fall asleep.

I like to use my sound machine. But I like to read something spiritual before bedtime as well the help me relax.

I prefer peace and quiet and fresh air. I do like to have a fan blowing on me.

For myself it’s slowing down and laying down. If I do those two things and then listen to a sleep meditation and then I seem to fall asleep quickly. If I wake up and use a meditation I seem to go back to sleep.

I turn the light down in the bedroom and start my diffuser, I also turn on the fan and the timer on white noise. Once I get into bed I slowly tell my body to relax and start my breathing and drift off to sleep.

I start my diffuser. And my ceiling fan. Need to try the relaxation thing wore. Do it when awsje in middle of night and it helps.
