What is your personal sleep protocol? Here are the basics and some things to consider in customizing your protocol.
Basic Daily Protocol:
Morning: LLV and PB Resotre
Afternoon/Evening: LLV
30 Minutes Before Bed: Serenity in Diffuser and Serenity Softgels
As Getting into Bed: Apply Serenity Sleep Stick
Things to consider in adding to your customized sleep protocol:
- Good Sleep Hygiene
- Nutrition
- Exercise
- Managing Stress
- Utilizing your tools like the Serenity Sleep System
Remember you don't need to do everything all at once. Just like we have done throughout this challenge, build on what you have already established. Piece by piece you will build your personalized sleep protocol. What questions do you have? We would love to help you develop your personalized sleep protocol!
We are so excited for you to join us for the VIP Q&A session with Dr. Nicole Stevens. If you have finished the sleep challenge. Be sure to fill out the google form to reserve a seat for you and your guests.
If you need to do a little catch up, there is time. This form will stay open until September 5th. Be sure you have completed the modules and live event lessons.

After years of getting up at 3 in the morning I'm changing my job and hoping to be able to sleep from 10 PM Until 5 AM.

I had spine surgery 2 weeks ago. I have been grateful for the daily information in the challenge which I have followed in my bed. Sleep has been terrible due to pain. But I have continued to use all of the Serenity and related products including my diffuser at my bedside. They help
Soothe and relax a bit but pain is so high that sleep is still dependent on my narcotics

I follow the protocol listed above but dont take the senerity soft gels at night as they give me heartburn. I use them instead in my bath water and it very relaxeing.
