Let's talk consistency. Are you consistent in your sleep routine even on your days off or when your daily routine changes? Are you consistent in using your tools for sleep support? Are you consistent in fueling and moving your body for optimal sleep? It can feel overwhelming!!

Here are our top tips for being consistent:

  1. Habit stack–build on what you are already doing. Be consistent in one thing and then add another, then add another. Just like my LLV and supplements are next to my oral care. When I brush my teeth, I take my LLV.
  2. Make Sleep a priority–investing in your sleep routine and tools are worth it. Head over to our first sleep tips for a reminder of all the benefits of sleep and the effects of not getting the sleep our bodies need.
  3. Keep your sleep tools in a place where it helps you to remember to use them. I like to keep the oils I use for my sleep routine right on my bedside table.
  4. Set alarms/reminders to help you be consistent in your routines. Having the same night time routine creates consistency. I love to start the diffusers with our Doctor's Orders blend, turn down the lights and turn on some quiet music before we start our nigh time routine. This a cue to our entire family that it is time to wind down and start our nightime routine for optimal sleep.
  5. Do your best to have a consistent time you go to sleep and wake up, even when your maybe out of your daily routine. It might be tempting on Friday night to stay up super later and sleep in the following day. However, it has been shown to be more beneficial if we are consistent.
Having a regular sleep schedule can positively affect mental and physical health as well as performance. Getting enough sleep from a regular sleep schedule can make it easier for you to cope with daily stress and less likely to be impacted by minor negative things that can come up. Other positive benefits of a regular sleep schedule include alertness, health and safety behaviors, and improved heart health.*

What will you be doing to stay consistent in the routines and personal protocol you have developed?

Through this challenge I have become more consistent getting to bed and waking up the same time. During the week it's very easy to stay consistent. The weekend is more difficult because I enjoy the fact that I don't have to get up as early to start my day.

I am consistent wit going to bed between 9:30 to 10 every nite and up at 7-7:30. The problem is I also wake up 2-3 other times through the night that I wish would not happen.

I consistently use my Pilot diffuser which I love so much and wish they would make more of them. So convenient to have at my bedside. I diffuse Serenity, Breathe, Adaptiv and Shiinrin Yoku. It does help soothe me back to sleep when I wake up throughout the night.

Besides Diffusing the oils at my bedside, I take Serenity soft gels, and Copaiba soft gels when I go to bed, and take Adaptiv soft gels when I wake up at 2am to calm my mind.

I’ve been camping this week and I’ve done a great job with the consistency. I’m super proud of my progress. I’ve not always been consistent.

It is hard not to stay up late on my days off and sleep in the next day. I also need to move mire on my days off. I am consistent with my supplementation and sleep routine.

The weekend I try to catch up on sleep.
Really. Grateful for the products. And it's simple especially when I'm tired.

I have taken notes thru out this challenge. They will help me when i need to refresh my memory. I keep my LLV with my cup to use during the day so i don't forget to take them. Each morning after waking up I fix my diffuser up for that night so I can get to sleep quicker along with the rub.

Consistency is difficult due to my job.
It just means I have to make more of an effort what I'm not at work.

Consistency is key. In the evenings I like to take my MetaPWR Advantage, LLV, and Serenity Softgels all before I brush my teeth when starting getting ready for bed.

I am consistent with going to bed & getting up even on weekends or days off. I'm not consistent at taking my supplements when I'm not going to work. My morning routine is off and I don't remember to take them.

I consistently take my LLV and PB Restore. I can be guilty of staying up later on Friday or Saturday nights and then sleeping in. I will work on setting alarms to help with consistency.
