Welcome to the final day of the sleep challenge!!! You are amazing!!
The first day of the challenge we set our intentions for the challenge. Today we invite you to take a moment of reflection.
What was your intention at the start of the challenge and how was you experience?
What changes have you noticed?
What has been your biggest giveaway?
What improvements have you noticed?
How will you continue your journey with optimal sleep?

You have developed your personal protocol. It will serve you well, however taking a moment to reflect will up-level your sleep protocol. As you use your protocol with consistency, there will be adjustments that you will continue to make. It will be beneficial to periodically take a moment to reflect and make adjustments. One thing we can count on is that things change and that includes our sleep. There will be changes in our lives, environment, stages of life, etc. With those changes, you may need to adjust your personal protocol. But never fear, you have the tools, knowledge and experience to make those adjustments and continue to have the benefits of optimal sleep!

We are so proud of you for making it through this challenge! We invite you to finish the module lessons if you haven't yet. We are so excited for to give the the special gift of the special VIP Q&A with Dr. Nicole Stevens to everyone who finishes the challenge. We would love for you to be there with your friends. Here is the link to RSVP: https://forms.gle/qkSdGV28dYTp7LTPA

I'm here! I've done the sleep challenge but haven't finished the modules. We've had a bit of a few stressful weeks.. I haven't had time for much but the sleep.study has been one of the things I have done!
Just this morning we are getting my husband discharged from the hospital.. so my plate has been full but it's not over yet..

Thanks for this challenge. I planning on doing the modules

My intention with starting the challange was to be able to sleep better and better quality sleep, I have noticed with the steps you layed out that it will take time but it is slowly getting better. I am sleeping longer without getting up and when I do get up I have been able to go back to sleep. I have improved my sleep cycles. The biggest giveaway is I am sleeping better and it have improved my mood and less stress. I will keep doing the steps you layed out and with continue practice it will be second nature and I am looking forward to that. I also like that if I need to I can go back and reread the challange modules.

I am committed to making changes.
I want to feel better.
And repair the damage done over the years of lack of sleep and now I have information available to share with people having sleep issues. Thank you for all the work you.

I am so grateful for all the offered information! I am making changes along the way. I need to be patient with myself and not expect huge immediate changes. There is some trial and error to find what works for me and what doesn't. I knew at the beginning I had poor sleep. I take the proper suppliments, but there is more I can do. I now can recognize the effects of poor sleep and want to improve mine even more. Thank you for all the resources to help us on our path to better sleep.

Yeah!! I’m finished with this journey, and I got some awesome habits formed, that I’m hoping to keep for a long time. All this knowledge that you shared with us for the last 6 weeks is worth so much for myself, but being able to share it with family and friends means so much more. Some of the greatest key changes I’ve noticed are- improved quality sleep, falling asleep sooner, less awake periods during the night, and finally more energy thoroughly the next day. The community was also very special. Loved that everyone shared some tips and tricks.

My sleep habits could improve but I know what needs to be done and realize that sometime life is not nice.
